Ron
is a Chartered Civil Engineer and Member of the Institute of
Management who is retired following a career in Local Government.
He is an active Rotarian and a keen musician playing in several
local orchestras.
He brings to BYHP a wealth of senior managerial experience and a strong commitment to helping young people achieve their maximum potential in life.

Alison
previously worked in supported housing for young mums as well as in Local Authority general needs housing management, and is currently
working as a Housing IT Consultant.
She brings a housing background knowledge and is committed to supporting the staff and users of BYHP.

Alison Grieve
FCCA
Qualified, Simon joined Wellers in 1986 and spent a sabbatical
period at Halpern and Wolfe in 1988. Simon is timely and
technical and likes to provide an enthusiastic and holistic
service to his clients. Simon is the Finance Director of the
Banbury Chamber of Commerce, and takes an active role in two
local Charities acting as treasurer.
Simon enjoys most sports and has represented Oxfordshire at both hockey and cricket. Simon is married with one son.

Simon Smith
Philip is Head of
Operations in a local Housing Association. He has worked for over 20
years in the social housing sector, and has experience of managing
projects that specifically meet the needs of people who are homeless

Tricia
has been Secretary of the Town Mayor of Banbury since 1992. As
well as working with 15 different Town Mayors, she has had the
pleasure of working alongside the most amazing people in and around
Banbury.
As a past Area Chairman for Ladies Circle her main fund-raising efforts were for The Bridge (working with 16-25 year old homeless young people in Oxford).
BYHP is a charity close to her heart and she hopes to use her skill and knowledge to ensure the organisation continues to thrive.
Tricia Campbell
Julie
works for Adoption UK as Agency Development Worker based in Banbury.
This work has helped her develop a good understanding of the
difficulties faced by children in the looked after sector.
Her previous role was in community education
where she was responsible for, amongst other things, a number of
homeless laptop projects in Oxfordshire.
Julie is mother to 3 teenage children and she has a good understanding of the needs of the BYHP client group.
Julie Chanel
Kate
spent her career in housing management before taking early
retirement from the post of Director of Operations with Charter
Community Housing. Prior to this she was Chief Housing Officer
at Cherwell District Council heading the Council's Housing
Departments and advising the Council on all housing related matters.
She brings to BYHP an extensive knowledge of housing management and a commitment to help those in need find safe and secure homes.
Kate Hindle
Nichola
is a family solicitor in Banbury, covering all aspects of divorce
and is also on the law Society's specialist children panel so can
act when children are taken into the care of the local authority.
She is involved with a variety of charitable and church
organisations and previously spent 10 years working in a hospital in
Uganda and then worked for Christian Aid.
She has 5 teenage girls and spends as much time as possible cycling. As well as her professional expertise she brings an awareness of life in all its many varieties.
Nichola Gough
Tim
is a self employed surveyor and housing consultant, specialising in
social housing projects and property related work for housing
associations. As many of his clients are housing associations or
local authorities, his involvement with BYHP strengthens the links
between a number of partner agents working with BYHP.
