Assertive Outreach

 

 

The primary aim of the Assertive Outreach Project is to engage with Young People who are not currently accessing, or who have lost contact with, support services or statutory agencies. We try to build a relationship with the Young Person to find out what is important to them.

We hope that by engaging with Young People in an environment that is more comfortable to them, we can empower and encourage them back into the support system.
